Heartland Parking is a parking management company that manage the parking operations in Peoria, Normal and Champaign Illinois as well as many other cities in Central Illinois. Cashier
Heartland Parking is looking for candidates to fill a Parking Cashier position in the Peoria, Normal or Champaign markets. The position of Parking Cashier consists of two main areas, cashiering, and light cleaning. The following is a list of the attributes that the candidate would need to possess.
- Helpful, courteous and polite
- Be able to read and calculate military time
- Have good communication skills (oral and written)
- Handle money properly
- Be efficient and accurate
- Be punctual and have a positive attitude
- Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Display outstanding customer service at all times
- Be able to assist customers as needed
Attendant
Heartland Parking is looking for candidates to fill a Parking Attendant position in the Peoria, Normal or Champaign markets. The position of Parking Attendant consists of two main areas, cashiering, and janitorial maintenance. The following is a list of the attributes that the candidate would need to possess.
- Helpful, courteous and polite
- Be able to read and calculate military time
- Have good communication skills (oral and written)
- Handle money properly and have bookkeeping skills
- Be efficient and accurate
- Be punctual and have a positive attitude
- Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Lift 50 pounds, use a ladder, and use cleaning materials
- Display outstanding customer service at all times
- Be able to perform duties in the areas of snow removal, equipment maintenance, minor repairs, directing traffic, assist customers as needed
Maintenance
Heartland Parking is looking for candidates to fill a Maintenance position in the Peoria, Normal or Champaign markets. The position of Maintenance consists of minimal cashiering, janitorial maintenance, and general building maintenance. The following is a list of the attributes that the candidate would need to possess.

- Be able to read and calculate military time
- Have good communication skills (oral and written)
- Be efficient and accurate
- Self motivated and needs little oversight
- Have a general concept of building maintenance
- Be punctual and have a positive attitude
- Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Lift 50 pounds, use a ladder, and use cleaning materials
- Display outstanding customer service at all times
- Be able to perform duties in the areas of snow removal, equipment maintenance, minor repairs, directing traffic, assist customers as needed
Seasonal (Summer)
Heartland Parking is looking for candidates to fill a Seasonal Work position in the Peoria, Normal, or Champaign markets. The position of seasonal work consists of minimal cashiering, cleaning, light maintenance, and seasonal work. The following is a list of the attributes that the candidate would need to possess.

- Be self motivated and needs little oversight
- Be punctual and have a positive attitude
- Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Be able to perform duties in the areas of snow removal, equipment maintenance, minor repairs, directing traffic, assist customers as needed
Manager/Supervisor/Account Specialist
Heartland Parking is looking for candidates to fill a Manager/Supervisors/Account Specialist position in the Peoria, Normal or Champaign markets. This position will consist of managing staff, oversight of maintenance, and some office work. The candidate that fills this position will need to possess the following traits:
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Organized and organization skills
- Good at planning and following up
- Self motivated and needs little oversight
- Understanding of customer service
- Basic computer skills (word, Excel, and e-mailing)
- Mechanical knowledge would be a plus
- Experience in managing/supervision preferred
- Associates degree or above preferred but not required
